We don't rush

The Crave Factory started with a simple conviction: that Amarillo deserved a place where bread is proofed slowly, pastries are folded with care, and groceries are chosen the way you'd choose for your own table.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. Dough is mixed, rested, shaped, and baked — no shortcuts, no frozen bases, no industrial fillers. What comes out of the oven is what you'll find on our shelves.

Our grocery section mirrors the same philosophy. We partner with local producers and seek out small-batch makers so you can find everything from farm-fresh eggs and house-made preserves to imported olive oils and artisan chocolates — all under one roof on Canyon Drive.
